Exclusive Services

Our individual therapy sessions provide a confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, work through challenges, and develop coping strategies. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual, promoting self-discovery and emotional well-being. Standard sessions are 45 minutes.

Executive function skills include the ability to organize, plan, prioritize, manage time, maintain focus, self-assess, and study/work efficiently. These skills are analyzed and developed through goal setting and skill practice. Standard sessions are 45-minutes.

Consultation and care coordination services are available to support organize, manage, and navigate mental health care needs to ensure appropriate services and supports are received. This may include connecting individuals with specialized mental health professionals, coordinating between mental health providers, physical health providers, and schools, and helping individuals and families access resources. Standard sessions are 30 minutes.

Consultation is available to programs seeking external expertise to develop, improve, or evaluate specific programs or initiatives. Program consultation involves working closely with organizations to assess their needs, identify challenges, and provide guidance on how to enhance program effectiveness, efficiency, and overall impact.
